Like most of you, I am a shutter-happy blogger. Whether I’m taking pictures with my Canon, iPhone or GoPro, I love capturing the moment. On the flip side, I don’t love lugging around all that equipment… until now. True story, I don’t know how many purses/bags/backpacks I have bought in the past with the intention of “this would be great to carry my camera in”, just to be disappointed in the end.
When Incase sent me their DSLR Pro Pack, I was super excited. And here is why…
The Incase DSLR Pro Pack has a compartment for everything. At first glance, you would think it’s a normal backpack. But this backpack can carry my Canon 70D, extra lens, external flash, battery charger, Macbook Air, laptop charger, iPhone 6 Plus, phone charger, GoPro Hero 3, extension pole, GoPro harnesses and accessories, and my monopod with ease. Not to mention, easy access spots for my keys, wallet, notebook and extra memory cards.
When you open the back of the backpack, you have zippered pockets as well as the main body of the bag. The compartments are flexible and can adjust to different lengths and widths depending on your kit. Once zipped up, the best part of the bag (in my opinion) is quick access on top of the backpack. Here, you have easy access to your primary camera and lens without having to lay your bag completely on the ground.
In the tech compartment, there are well padded spots for your laptop and tablet to ensure that everything is well protected, as well as organizers for your pens and whatnot. Not pictured, but you can also easily carry around your headphones and an extra point-and-shoot in the front zippered compartment.
With the layout of all the internal compartments, the weight is distributed very evenly making this backpack very easy to carry around. The straps are very well padded and there’s a snap system for extra support and security. On the side, there are also adjustable straps to carry your tripod or monopod, so you don’t have to worry about carrying that piece of equipment around with your hands. Overall, this is the ultimate DSLR backpack.
I honestly wish I had this bag when I went hiking in Berchtesgaden National Park in Germany a few months ago. We could have carried around everything without worrying about it getting squished at the bottom of the backpack. This bag is great for anyone on the go, or photographers (amateur to professional) who spend long hours shooting and don’t want to carry around multiple bags. I can’t wait to take this bag with me to Austin in a couple of weeks!

So cool! I always have the debate of whether to carry my chunky DSLR or opt for my smaller camera and this looks like the perfect solution to be able to take your DSLR 🙂 I also love that world map on the wall!!
